Fenbendazole dosing

I've been attempting to treat internal parasites on two clowns for almost 3 weeks now using metro/focus soaked food with no luck. When I first put these two in QT, only one of them had white stringy poop. Now, both have it. Both are active, healthy, and eating well. But the one that developed the white stringy poop while in QT now isn't eating as well as 2 weeks ago.

So, I got some fenbendazole from thomas labs and will try that for 2 weeks, but I don't know the dosing of it. It says 250mg on each packet. Can I dose this the same as the metro/focus using the metro scoop? (1 scoop metro/1 scoop focus recipe).
