Ferplast bluskimmer stopped working

Hi guys..
My ferplast bluskimmer is not producing skimmate for a week now. I have checked the water level and air inlet. I have also cleaned the impeller. I see bubbles raising in the body, but there is no foam forming in the collection cup. Any suggestions?

New set up? May take a couple weeks to produce
The air inlet can get caked with salt from the water and not allow enough air to run correctly.
