few QT questions

I setup a 55G QT for 6 fish while my tank is running fallow after getting velvet, i have 2x tomato clowns 2x carberryi anthias 1x one spot foxface and 1x coral beauty. They have been in there 2 days so far the tomato clowns and rabbit fish are eating well but the 2 anthias and coral beauty mostly hide so far should i wait for all of them to start eating before i start dosing anything to the tank? I want to dose metroplex for 10 days then prazi im not sure if i want to dose copper i will probably just observe them for signs of velvet or ich

I wouldn’t wait to start dosing medications because they aren’t eating but why are you adding metroplex, is there an issue? Prazi shouldnt impact their appetite either... well atleast I’ve never seen it so far.

It can be useful for internal worms/parasites so it can certainly be use prophylactically just wanted to know if you had any issues

oh none so far all the fish look healthy

1 more question it says to dose 1-2 measures per 10 gallons is that up to me or can i just use 1 measure per 10 gallons or is 2 measures better

It really depends, if prophylactically dosing where there are no visible issues I’d go with the lower dose

So the foxface and tomato clowns and coral beauty are eating but the carberryi anthias still hide under the sponge filter havent seen them eat ive been feeding mysis shrimp when should i get worried they come out and swim but the second i walk into the garage they go back to hiding under the sponge filter
