Not much intensity so the tank must be small.
But if small, seems to push good par at 100%, in the 400-500 range, 6” from the water.
Fragbox did a PAR video on you tube.

Thank you, I have a water box 20, my main question was just gonna be if I was able to grow torches and hammers?

The light you posted as Aqua knight is actually a 30w Hipargero, but, will do torches and hammers fine as they do well in 80-150par.

No problem, as @Spare time correctly points out, sold under different names and appears to be version 1.
