Just wanted to share that if you’re fighting diatoms or an algae outbreak, fighting conches are awesome!

Here is Eddie climbing the glass (which I didn’t realize they could do) eating algae/diatoms!

Ceriths are small and will eat diatoms and dino to an extent from personal experience. They serve the same function and if you can get enough I think they're better than conchs

I honestly only have a small snail crew: 4 nassarius, 1 Astraea and 2 trochus. I don’t want to have a ton because I only have a 40B so I want them to have enough to eat!

I’ve also got about 15 scarlet hermits, so I am keeping an eye on them vs the sails. So far, so good. The tank was up for 5 months before I added snails so they would have algae to eat!
