Fighting Dinos Day 9

I am on day 9 of the Dr Tim’s Refresh & Waste Away program and happy to say it looks like I have beaten the Dino problem that I had. Day 9 calls for a “partial water change” and I cannot find definitive answers on “partial”. I usually do a 10% when I do my water changes. Any recommendations on the amount of water I’m supposed change on day 9?

Don’t forget to feed the good guys after a large water change. I like phytoplankton or reef plus amino acids.
