Whats the best way of fighting Ich in a Fowlr tank?

Copper in qt and a fallow is always the best method, but given that it is a fowlr, hyposalinity is an option. Salinity should be kept at 1.009 for 30 days after the last spot disappears.
I wouldn’t dose copper to the tank as the rock and sand will still absorb it, making dosing tricky.
