Fiji ARF-20 Not Working

Well so much for trying to have a good system.
Has anyone had trouble with the fiji ARF-20 mine just now stopped working is just dead. After replacing the fleece roller is just now working now.

Try adjusting the wheel advance while making sure the teeth are lined up on sprockets

I did i even took the sleeve off the motor to see if the motor is working, but the motor is turning at all even with no load

This is fiji and i did, believe it or not they answered all my emails at this time on saturday, they r sending me a warranty replacement.
