Hello all, I have just added what my LFS told me was a Fiji Torch Coral. I am not sure if this specific type of torch coral is just smaller or doesn't extend more than this. I am new to keeping corals, but I have 3 Zoanthid colonies in my tank and GSP that are thriving. My tank is an Evo 13.5 gallon with AI prime for lighting. Since this picture the tentacles have came out a little more, but for the most part this coral has never looked like all of the other torch corals I've seen on this site (long flowing tentacles). When I purchased this frag at the LFS, it didn't have long tentacles then either.
All of my parameters are stable and in the correct ranges, my other corals have great colorations and growth.
Could this be a different type of torch coral? Do I need to add more flow or move it into stronger lighting? Any advice would be awesome, thanks!
