I'm looking into upgrading to a fijicube ext 32 gallon tank with their fiji 12 sump that comes with the package. I love fleece rollers and would really like to get one. Does anybody have any experience fitting one into the fiji 12 sump? If so which roller, and, how did you do it?

You might be able to fit the Klir Di-4 Drop-In Fleece Filter System, but it's so-so on the reviews. I'm not sure if you'd be able to run anything larger like the ClariSea, etc.
Yeah I saw the reviews. I guess they've updated the Klir to fix a lot of the issues people were having but I'd still be a little worried about it

For the size of sump you may be extremely limited with options anyway, and you don't necessarily want to go ripping things out to get one to work. The Klir looks like it will be plug and play.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Every other option seems to be a bit bigger. I think the closest one in size was the smallest Bubble Maggus one. But that was still quite a bit bigger

I run a KLIR 4 on my Fijicube 20 sump. I’ve had zero issues with it.

ICYMI I’ve been recently reading some pretty good threads here on R2R on roller reviews: the pros and cons vs socks, on going cost and fleece availability … fwiw after reading a few threads I’m gonna decline the upgrade for now but you might read the older threads, your situation and personal choice my determine brand choice or none(as in my case)

After seeing how long people go without needing to change the rolls I definitely want to get one. I'm a technician at Audi and I have to tavel out of state multiple times a year for training and the roller will help a lot with the "automation" while I am gone

That's good to hear. How long have you had it?

FWIW probably the biggest issue shaping my choice was fleece availability… when asking the assorted end users I’d get that info also

That is true. I know BRS carries the Klir fleece but if they ever stopped I'd have no idea where to get it. I'll probably just end up buying a bunch at once just in case I can't get more for some reason

It’s not hard to find. You can get it at almost any LFS or most every online store and from Coral Vue directly.

I’ve been following some of these roller threads recently. I’ve been on the fence as just like you I need reliable 24/7 gunk removal … I got scared off for supply chain issues but my guess is that will ease sooner than later
