Hi all,

I may be on my own here, since I can't seem to find any reviews of this product, but I recently ordered a new filter sock holder, and new filter socks, for my FijiCube AIO insert, and the new holder doesn't seem effective at all. You can see it here:

Basically, the width of it side to side is fine, but the length from front to back is too short. As such, the water mostly seems to flow down the front, or behind the sock. This allows detritus, food, algae, etc to get into the other chambers, polluting areas that I'm trying to keep clean.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Any ideas? I'm still waiting on a response from FijiCube. I'm really disappointed :(

Thanks!

I believe you are meant to slide the holder all the way to the front. There is space in the back so that if the sock clogs then the water can bypass over the back without causing a flood.

Did you ever hear back from Fiji cube? The pump that came with my AIO tank is a joke, is rattling badly and is so loud. I emailed twice and I never heard back...
