I've had a biota Algae is eating goldfish for 2 years with no problem.it recently got a taste for my zoanthids
I have a sp s tank and zoas are not my priority but I have a free nice colonies in the Rockwood that are now being eaten.
I am deciding which is more important.having do as of my tank being did of aptasia.I am leaning toward not having aphasia as in the past they have been a problem.maybe some of my zoas will survive the attack...

IMPO, the zoas are more important, the only filefish I will let to much my corals is this guy, and only because it only eats Acro polyps:

I'd rather have the filefish if it does eat the aiptasia as they can take over a tank and become a real problem, whereas just missing out on zoas isn't much of a hardship. Do be aware however that these filefish can nip at other corals, so you need to keep an eye on it.
