It's ok partner! Should I let him just blow around? His fins and eyes are still moving. Anything can think of why or what happend? Glass I only had him in QT! Might have saved my other fishes lives!

If eyes & fins are moving No. turn down the amount of flow & see what he does. No fish needs so much flow it can't swim.

Do you have an air stone? What are parameters of water?

Did you seed the tank?

OMG...
kill the flow.. lol. If he's dead or dying, give him some dignity ;Bored

No idea what the issue with him could be, but they're not strong swimmers to begin with. If he's struggling through an illness or a parameter issue, at least he'll have a chance in some calmer waters.

Yes I seeded the tank with bio spira. Ammonia is at 0. Salinity is at 1026. Didnt check nitrates or nitrites. Temp is at 78. No power head on at time of video. That was him

Do you have an air stone? What size is the tank? What filter do you have? How long after bio-spira did you introduce the fish?

You might want to start a post in the fish disease and treatment thread.
I have a file as well and am familiar with their markings. He's spinning so quick in the video that it's not easy to see.

There are some noticeable white spots on him. In your opinion, are those his natural markings, or might they be parasites? The ones on the side look symmetrical, but he has a number on his belly too.

If that was just him with no powerhead could be a swim bladder issue. At this point it might not do any good, if the white spots are ich or flukes do a freshwater (RO/DI) dip for no more than 5 mins. Match temp to tank water.

Natural markings. Hes in a 20 and QTd a bunch of fish before due to ich outbreak. He is new by 7 days. Added the bio about 5 minutes after. Have my wave maker pointed to the top to break the water. and ty all for your thoughts as we try to figure this out!

I think it is the swim blaster as well! Thought about green peas for belly

I dont even think general cure will help him with the bladder problem

Swim bladder is very hard to cure. As you mentioned a boiled pea helps... how I don't know.

Try epsom salt:

From the video, doesn't look good.
Stop your power heads. No flow. Low light.

It will only stress it more.

Yea it's really bad. Sorry guys I think hes a goner, now curled up but still spinning tightly
