I really like the look of the aragonite, but I failed to rinse it and it's been two days and it's still a little cloudy. I'm wondering if I need to do major water change in my 31 gallon nano tank or if the cloudiness will eventually clear. Also will the silicates be very high? Dang it I should've rinsed the aragonite. It's a small enough tank. I could cycle out a lot of water, but it will just cost me in blue bucket. or maybe it will clear on its own without high silicate? anyone really know? I used live rock and polyp bricks from other tank so I was able to introduce a pair of clowns early on.

It doesn't matter. Just run some mechanical filter floss or sponge and it will be fine. No need to do a water change.

Agreed...turn on a filter and let er rip. I did the same thing when I started mine. I paid for live sand, no way am I rinsing that out. It was very cloudy for a day but I have a HOB Emperor Double Biowheel filter which does an amazing job (more people really should try them).

Here is another option and you might have this in your spare parts
