so i have a 200 litre tank and x3 25 litre containers will it be fine if i mix the water and add it in over a course of a few days cause the red sea coral pro salt says that you should not let it stand for more than 12 hour

If there is nothing alive in the tank, you can always just put your water in and mix the salt in the tank.

The sand doesn't matter. If adding rocks, do that first. Make sure the rocks are resting on the bare bottom. Add the sand. Add the water so as to minimally disturb the sand to minimize cloudy water. The sand may come with some additive once you've added the water to clear the water. Use it.

I would get a bigger container, 20ltr from lfs, make 2 or more mixes, enough to cover a powerhead so you can keep it agitated
