Filling my new DIY 20g sump question..

hey dumb question but rather be sure than stupid.....when i install this new DIY 20g sump i made, i plan on mixing about 10 or 15 gallons of fresh saltwater and filling it up and than running it...just didnt know if this would cause the levels in my display to vary any or not.....thanks and sorry for the stupid question lol

How big is the display tank? It's probably no different than adding new water when you do a water change. Except instead of removing then adding back in, you're simply adding back in

Its a 75 gallon mixed reef! Yeah i was thinking it shouldnt really affect the levels just kinda increasing water volume like just having a 95 g instead of 75 lol
