Filling New Tank

I wondering could I fill up my tank with R/O then add the salt in the tank when it’s done filling up. Instead of filling up rubber made trash can then add the salt then fill the tank.

Sure you can do it that way as long as there are no living creatures in it

For a person using 50 gal mix in a bag. . . it generally makes 55 gallons of seawater. If youre measuring from a bucket.. . . assuming its a 200 gallon bucket - obviously one fourth of the bucket will make about 55 gallons of sea water.

That makes it easy! Obviously double check your salinity once its all mixed.
