Ok should I just fill the tank first then mix the salt in te tank? Everything is dry nothing is live. Or should I mix it sepretly? It's around 120+ total gallons. And it's easyer to just run my ro/di line to the tank. Thanks.

Fill it, turn your powerheads on so that it dissipates and mixes the salt for you.

That's how I did it i just added a little at a time in the sump by the time it made it to the tank 30+ feet it was dissolved I also used a power head in sump to keep it from building up on the corners best of luck

I just started my tank the same way all dry rock and dry sand and I mixed in the sump in the return section. You can put a power head or like I did just used a wooden spoon to make sure it doesn't get hung in the corners. Mixing slowly would be a good idea also so you don't get to high of salinity.

Ok I'll add to the sump it's going to take almost the whole bucket of salt lol. Slowly but surely it'll get there.

The salt could get trapped in the rock and sand and not mix properly.

The salt melts with or with out flow! If it's your first fill?,, don't worry it will mix in and after a month or so you'll be ready for a hardy clean up crew (cuc) or even a fish
