Film/bubbles in sump

Hello, I have this film and bubbles inside my sump. I assume this is caused by lack of flow but I’m not sure. I’m wondering if that is what’s causing it. Also is this harmful in anyway?

it only exists in this first chamber.

Also I know there is a lot of light spillage, I will make another post about this soon lol.

Looks like a clogged filter/filter sock and should be cleaned to see if it changes things as my filter sock foams and overflows when they become dirty.

It was not overflowing when I was watching this for a few minutes. I know the socks need to be cleaned but I feel like I don’t have a good way to clean it. I have heard to put it in the washing machine but I don’t have spares to replace them in the meantime. Or will it be okay to not run socks while they are being washed?

Wash on shortest cycle in water only. You can go without sock during the wash. High pressure with garden hose will buy you time - Machine wash best with lowest spin cycle speed

Worked fantastic to clean the socks and believe also cleared up the bubbles, thank you!
