Filter feeding starfish or worm????

Hi need help,

have had this black filter feeding fellow pop up today.

black and hairy, seems to be feeding itself with it arms. Have tried to google but I’m unsure?

It’s difficult to make out, but I think I can see the arms of a filter-feeding sea cucumber. Cucumbers are generally harmless, though they release toxins when they die.

Agree it looks like the mouth of a cucumber.
