I have the LED Biocube 32 G. It has 3 chambers. In the first chamber right now, I have the filter (looks like this). I use to have a filter taking up all of the second chamber. But after talking with my LFS, they said that I could use the middle one for a refugium to grow chaeto. So that is what I am doing with my middle one now. I am sure it's no big deal, but I know this filter rack comes highly recommended. Which could be placed in the first/second chamber. If it were in the second though, there would be less refugium space though.
