Filter sock holder

Anyone have any ideas for a 7" filter sock holder to be used on a 40b sump? Can't find one that will fit over the plastic brace. Don't want to notch it out

I personally make my own filter socks and put a hole in them, then i hang it by stainless steel hooks.
