Hey guys I am looking for mesh and felt socks for my waterbox 130.4... What socks fit? Waterbox is sold out... I hear some 4 inch socks don't fit right in sump thanks

The red sea 4" which has a slightly smaller ring is supposed to

Waterbox, Red sea and eshoppes are all the same size. Most others won't fit.

Just placed the red sea socks in my waterbox 130.4... They do fit but they allow water to get under the sock... So some water is bypassing the socks... Anyway to fix this

It's fits kinda loose water is Geting under the rim of the sock here's a few pics

I see.
If you push down does it stop the leaking around the edges? Could you put something on it to weigh it down a bit?

Alternatively, perhaps a rubber band around the sock, under the sock rim to sort of seal it?

Regardless, it didn't appear to leak too badly in the video, I would think that after a few hours it will likely seal itself from any small bits of detritis accumulating around the rim.
