So I noticed a fish of mine has ich I took him out of my dt and I'm starting a course of polylab, I know all carbon and chemical filtration needs to be removed but should I also remove my filter socks and coast blue sponge? I'm not noticing any spots on my other fish but there were enough spot on my tang for me to know my tank has to be treated and I just want to make sure I'm taking all the right precautions. Any and all advice welcome please and thank you!

Filter socks and sponges are fine. Carbon and other filter medias will remove medication but medicine is so small that a filter sock could not catch it.
