Filter Socks Mesh - need material

Im looking for the mesh material that you make filter socks with.

Not the thicker fleece type material, but the real thin mesh material like this:

Ive looked at Jo Ann's and was unsure of whick material to get, the closest Ive seen was wedding dress type material. Anybody make these type of socks, (not the fleece ones)

yes there is, but its for the felt type material.

I just seen that 1 yard of 200 micron is $33.00

1 yard would be a triple lifetime supply. This should need minimal cleaning and last forever compared to felt bags.

If you figure each filter sock is about $8.00 you have to guess you can cut about 8 out of that. Quite a savings for a do it yourself project.

I bought a sheet of filter felt at the LFS about half that size. I used a hot glue gun and made 4 filter socks for about $11 plus a glue stick.
