I keep hearing about clogged filter socks but mine is barely dirty most the time. the flow in my aquarium is relatively turbulent and I have a low bioload and feed lightly. anyone have a similar experience
They can go a long time before needing to be cleaned. I usually replace mine when it overflows or after a week, don't want anything releasing nutrients from the sock.
