Guys is this enough live rock for a tank this size ? Enough for the rock to be a good filter ?

It depends on what the bio-load is. Most people try to get 1 lb of rock per gallon. Depending on the type of rock. for that rule. What are your stocking plans?

I'm not going mad I would just like a few clown fish and tangs small fish like that. I don't want to fill it and then realise there isn't enough rock for it to filter

Fill your tank two thirds of the way and then fill with live rock. 1-2 pounds per gallon . I think its called the Berlin filter metod.
