Filtered water

I use 5 gallon food service buckets with lids.

This one is stationary in my bathroom. I then pump into other buckets i keep in my closet. Gives me enough water for my 55 planted and 40b reef.

I dont have the space for a more robust storage and mixing station.

55 gallon blue plastic food grade container with a plastic spigot. Plus I have (2) 33 gallon Brute cans for mixing and water changes

I use a 40g tank from US Plastics. I also keep the reject water (it's not waste water) in a 200g cistern and use it to do laundry. I have a small external pump and fill the washing machine to do the wash and let the washing machine pull water in the 'normal' way for the rinse. BTW, the big RO system makes 500gpd and the back up (on the wall above the big RO) does 75gpd.

I don’t have room for large storage systems so I just use 5 gallon water cooler bottles, these are super low cost, food grade and easy for me to store my RO water and very convenient for doing water changes in my two nano’s and 40 gallon breeder
