Hello, I’m new to the forums and I’m seeking advice. I currently have a biocube32 and bought the intank media basket recently. I removed the old one with the carbon cartage. So my question is will my new media work fine? I currently have filter flos first row, purgin and nitra-zorb in diffrant bags but together in second row, last but not least got some matrix in the last row. Will this help keep my water clean and help maintain parameters? I’m in my 4 week of cycling, I got one clown fish and 40 lbs of life rock with aragonite reef sand. Before I added the media I stated above my water parameters where nitrite and nitrate at zero, but my ammonia was reading around .25 ppm just. I did my first water change about 3 gallons or so

welcome.don't know much about the biocube 32 i have seen some nice looking ones on r2r.
I think you'll have to run that system for a few more months before ya get an answer to your question.it does sound like a good plan.

Thanks guys, really appritate it. I removed the nitra-zorb and replaced it with carbon and zeolite crystals. I realized nitra-zorb only works in freshwater only lol, $20 down the drain but lesson learned,I’ll do more research before buying a new product

Thinking of making chamber 3 a refuge for Marco alge later when I get corals
