Filtration Cleaning

Can anyone tell me what I can do to get rid of all this crap that builds up in my filtration chamber? It has all these white specks everywhere that I don’t know how to get rid of nor do I know what they are. Does anyone know what I can do?

tubeworms, normal reefs get these ,not a concern scrap off the glass with a razor blade is the easiest method

spirorbid worms. harmless filter feeders. you also have some detritus buildup on the bottom that can easily be siphoned out.

I was thinking the other day that an aquarium is like a child or puppy that never grows up. You will be cleaning up after it forever
