Going left to right ik n the back I have
1st section: tunze 9004 dc skimmer
2nd section: gfo in aqua GX gadget reactor
3rd section: heater, return pump and ato sensor
4th section: probes, dosing and top off lines
5th section: media rack with filter floss and a bag of carbon

Sock on one side, caddy on the other with filter floss on top and carbon underneath. Other than that, plenty of live rock.
