I have a question, i have a 34 gallon red sea 130 nano and was wondering would it be better if i run a container filtration with chemipure elite or a carbon reactor? What would be my better choice? Hope all can help me with this before i start putting fish and coral in tank. I should be adding them by 2-3 weeks from no. Thanks in advance..

Carbon reactor. It is more in view and you will more likely change it more readily. People get canisters and think they run forever with no maintenance and they become nitrate factories.

If you can be diligent about changing the media and or pads, the canister could work though.

Yea you can run it. I have a big ol canister on mine. I clean the pad media once a week to keep the crud out, so it doesnt' trap and become a nitrate headach. I mainly use it to capture the bound phosphates from me using SeaKlear. Might be able to get away with throwing in chemipure.
