I'm assuming the Fluval C4 is a canister filter? If so, I would pass on that and just get the Aquaclear 70. This can be used to run GAC, GFO and perhaps and sponge in if need be. There also a lot easier to maintain then that canister filter.

There both HOB filters. Just wanted a lil insight. Of course the Fluval cost a bit more

Personally I'd try to get a hang on back skimmer instead of a power filter.
