What are the thought about hang on back of the tank filters? If i have 3x 50 gl capacity filters on a 70 gl tank, would that support One big anemone or several soft corals? I hate to buy another tank, (i already have 4)

It wont matter, you aren't required to even use that filter or any filter at all in reefing regardless of tank size. read this thread to see why

the rocks and sand are enough filters in all reef tanks. extra items added like filter mesh or bioballs or ceramic rings in the sump are viewed as critical, but they aren't
your tank will process ammonia from those animals with or without the hob filter. adding one doesnt help just for maybe's, its literally not required.
