I am curious. I have a 32 gallon Coralife BioCube with the stock return pump. I've modified, the filter media basket and added the refugium, and I added an AQ-016 biochemical sponge filter. I currently have 2 ocellaris, 2 peacock cardinals, 1 diamond goby, 1 short spine urchin and cleaning crew. I currently have a Yellow watchman goby, pistol shrimp, 2 blue stripe neon gobies, a feather duster, a royal blue urchin, and a flame scallop on the way. I am just a little concerned that I am reaching the end of my 1 inch"/gallon general recommendation, and I am curious if my filters and pumps now are good enough to handle that, or if I should upgrade. In the near future, I am looking to get a bigger tank, but I'm not there yet, and I am asking if my set-up is ok without overcrowding the tank.
