Just picked up this guy and has a tiny hole in dorsal fin. Very active swimmer, no rapid breathing and hole appear to be clean and free of any tears or movement. Fish in in QT right now, should be proactively dose anything or just continue to observe? Thanks

I don't think you would have to worry about that.
My fish have so now and then holes or tears in there mainly tangs as the will sweep their blade in the back.
Lets ask @4FordFamily @Humblefish @melypr1985

No need to worry sweety. I would just wait and watch. If it gets worse or infected, then we need to talk about why it's happening and how to treat, but for now it looks fine.

Yup I wouldn't worry tangs heal up pretty well more often than not if they're healthy
