Fin infection?

Does this look like some sort of infection? Is there treatment besides good diet clean water? I’m assuming he should heal on his own, any thoughts?

It looks like a sore, so unless it's uronema/some major bacterial infection, it might go away? I'd check out the stickies for centropyge safe antibiotics though. And I'd definitely feed a lot and do a lot of water changes.
