Finally had to get rid of my Blue Spotted Puffer. He was a little *******. He nipped the fins of almost every fish I put in my tank.
He nipped my Queen Angel to death.
Question is: Will the fins grow back and do I need to do anything special?

Depends on the extent of damage but in milder cases fins will regrow. Feed vitamin enriched foods, can add something like selcon, minimize bullying and everything should be ok. There;'s a chance for bacterial infection. If you start noticing discoloration or strange growth on fins you will have to treat with antibiotics. Good luck!

Keep a healthy tank with good water quality and a good varied diet and they will grow back just fine, no need for anything else unless there is damage to the body. If there is damage to the body in some cases then a watchful eye or treatment with an antibiotic may be call for as @EmdeReef advised.

And yeah, I've never met a blue spot puffer that wasn't a nipper.

I thought said previously it was your yellow tang that killed your queen angel?

My Yellow Tang took a Small Chunk out of the bottom fin on my Coral Beauty (on the tip) and couple of weeks ago and it has mostly re-grown/healed (it still doesn't quite form that triangular tip yet), but that poor little fish has taken a beating from my Tang (literally).
