Fin Rot - after water change

I recently did two water changes that included vacuuming my sand bed - first was two weeks ago, and the second was last night. I vacuumed half of the bed each time. The bed was heavy with detritus as well as a fair amount of mermaids fan.

3 days ago, I noticed my wrasse's tail looked off. Just now, I noticed my female clown is developing worse symptoms quicker.

Would you leave them(wrasse and clown) in the display, or get them to a qt tank and treat with something?

To determine, pics under white lighting will be helpful with assessment
 
Thanks - I'll get pictures in the am. It's nearly light out. I've read stress can make it worse.

Does fin rot happen quick? It feels like a significant change overnight.

It can develop pretty quickly, but there is usually some mechanical damage that starts the issue up. In addition to photos/video, it helps to know more about the tank; what other fish are in it, what the water tests out at, etc. This post explains all that:
