Hard to say from pictures. Is it dark around edges. And look frayed? I would start feeding with silcon to start. And if not it will only help his immune system

The whole tail does not look frayed just the bottom does and it is not dark around the edges

Do you have anything else in the tank that could be picking on his tail? another clown? It looks like a mild infection could be setting in, but with adding vitamins to his food for now (selcon, Vitachem ect) will help his immune system to fight off any bacteria on his own.

Yes I have a bigger percula clown that chases him occasionally. I will pick up som vitachem or selcon tomorrow!

Try to keep an eye on the tank a little extra and see if you can tell who's taking bites out of his tail. Odds are that the female is doing it, but it's always good to confirm.

I only got the two in there. So it's gotta be my female clown!

Well that confirms it then! lol Just keep an eye on it. If it gets much worse, or starts turning more white or even red then we will need to talk about antibiotics.

I have another question about aggression. My female is kicking the crap out of him from what I'm seeing today, how can I change this? He was hiding a lot because she wouldn't leave him alone

You can try separating them for a bit. Put one of them in the sump for a while.
