Can I treat fin rot in my main reef tank? My Mandiran had it plus in a qt he won't have food? No other fish seem to have it.

Pics? Mandarins are very resistant to disease, so I woulndt be surprised if it was an injury, not fin rot

I have a lot of rock in my tank so still trying to get a good pic. The reason I think he has it because I had a purple pseudo that was taking chunks out of his tail so I took the purple pseudo out. His tail looked like it was healing fine. Now it's white along the whole edge and ridged also. Here just got a good one.
That looks like dead tissue, fin rot is usually brown, and the skin gets flaky (I think anyways) See what happens, it will likely grow back.

Where's the mysis?
When the fins grow back, don't be surprised if the coloring is off. This happens when the tissue receives damage. My yellow watchman goby had the snot kicked out of it by my bicolor pseudo. The tail has grown back but it is clear.
