Ever since adding my foxface, his fins were perfectly fine. But over the course of the last couple months it looks like these round parts have been taken out of his fins. They look round and don't very much white to them, so I was wondering if it might just be nipping, or is it fin rot? My clowns are kinda mean sometimes and I caught them nipping at my Yellow Tang's fins briefly shortly after adding him, so maybe they're the culprit? No other signs of disease on other fish, or fin rotting at all. Had to feed to get a picture of him, he's really shy.
Tank size: 220-ish gallons
Clown pair
2 Mollies (now removed)
Foxface Lo
Niger Triggerfish
Juvenile Blue Tang
Juvenile Yellow Tang

Those scalloped fin areas are Iikely older injuries that have started to regrow.
There are also some chronic conditions that can cause scalloped fins in some species like yellow tangs, but I’ve never seen that in fox face.

Clear bite marks and should heal nicely as long as no other nippers munch on it
