I am working on finalizing my 75 gallon stocking plan
it will be a mixed reef with softies, lps, Sps
Stocking plan
2 occ. clownfish
1 YWG with pistol shrimp
1 Pygmy angelfish
1 neon wrasse
1 algae blenny
1 pink diamond goby
1 scopas tang
1 orchid dottyback
3 blue chromis

Any input is appreciated

The diamond goby should probably only be added a year or two down the road since most new tanks do not have the sand bio-diversity for them to stay alive...many starve to death. I had one and had to hand/spot feed the bugger for years to ensure he was getting enough food.
You are playing with fire with the any Chromis - most of these come from fish stores carrying uronema. Once this is in your tank, it will be there foreever...no fallow period removes uronema.

what is a good alternative to the chromis? Is there a species of anthias?

Anthias are very difficult to keep, especially in a smaller tank...plus, they typically require feedings several times per day.
A wonderful fish to consider is a Midas Blenny.
Orange striped cardinal fish are also nice in groups as well.
Zebra dart fish are also good as long as you have several of them to stick together to feel safe, otherwise they may hide away.

Just my two cents here but if you want a slightly more peaceful group, a Royal Gramma us a good alternative to the dottyback.

You could get an Angel like a flame or coral beauty in place of the Pygmy.

Whitetail Bristletooth Tangs are pretty easy going and a good tang for a 75 gallon as well.

I would skip the Chromis. I got a school of 5, 4 had Uronema and didn't last 2 days.

You could get a few Flasher wrasses. They're fun to watch. I've got a line spot and a McCosker's Flasher.
