I measured out my sump dividers that I received precut for my 29G tank. There are 3 main sections and one bubble trap making 4 sections.

The tank is 30" wide, I left 12" for input and skimmer (I don't have skimmer yet but something for a 72 gallon tank), I have left 10" for the refugium, I have left 2" for bubble trap and 6" for the return pump.

1. In flow & skimmer: 12" of 30" = 40% of sump
2. Refugium: 10" of 30"= 33% of sump
3. Bubble trap: 2" of 30"= 6% of sump
4. Return pump: 6" of 30"= 20% of sump

Should I make any tweaks to this?
Less space for intake and more for fuge maybe?
It's hard without knowing my skimmer but I know I'm not going to go too crazy. Just something to handle a 72G display and 29G sump.
I know you can't tell for sure without knowing my return pump and skimmer but I'm gonna have to go on average size and just make sure what I purchase will fit. Any input would be appreciated!

Looks like water level will be too high in the sump design you have, Sump will run at the height of the first baffle. do you think this will allow you to turn off the erturn pump and not have a flood?
Also with the above under design you have on the right baffles, if flow is stron enough and water level drop a bit there will be airbubbles generated which might travel down the baffle directly into return pump which will cause microbubbles.

I forgot to mention the key is prefab and had holes and the like cut out. Here is what it looks like below:
