Looking good

I received a few more packages in the mail! Picked up a brand new in the box Rio 1700 for $30 shipped that I'm going to use as a return pump, also got 40lbs of fiji pink live sand for $1 per pound. Since the pump came in, I started laying out my DIY sump. I'm using a 10 gallon tank with a skimmer chamber, small refugium, and a return section. I went to Lowe's and grabbed 3- 7" x 9 5/8" and 1- 6 x 9 5/8 pieces of 1/8" thick glass and some fish safe silicone. I used the 7" tall pieces for the bubble trap and the 6" tall for the divider between the refugium and return section. I planned the skimmer section around the future SCA 301 skimmer that I plan to pick up in the future. Next I'm hoping to get the plumbing done and make the stand look pretty. Stay tuned!
