Hey folks,

Last night I was afraid of losing my RBTA so I isolated it in a container in the tank to keep and eye on it. Hours after it started to open back up again and began to attach. Shout out to @USMC 4 LIFE and @Timothy Butler for the help and advice. Once I saw signs of normality I decided to take advantage and place my clown in the container with it to see if he would attempt to host. My lights turned off. I went to go check on them before I went to bed and Presto!! He was hosting it!! it was very exciting for my family and I to see this. Especially my kids, they are big Nemo fans. Not to mentions reefers in training. Haha! Enough rambling. My question is, they are still hosting in the container. Is it too soon to put them back in the tank? In other words, once the symbiotic relationship begins, the clown will look for the nem right?? Or will he forget about it? Sorry for the dumb question pretty savvy but still learning as I go. Thanks guys!! Sorry for essay. Lol

As I understand BTA's and Clowns, once the bond is established, the clown will seek out the BTA once placed back into the display.

Grat. I will definitely try it when I move them to the new tank.

I would wait a few days and really let them bond. I have a couple clown and nem in a container and the nem was hosting the clowns for a few days. I released them back in the, even releasing the clowns in the new and the clowns just went back to their old spot and didn't bother going back to the anemone. After about a month I tried again in the container and left for about a week.
