Hello all!
I wanted to make a post about how I beat zoa pox with no chemical dips.
I had:
10 head rastas (2 frags)
5 head fruit loops (1 frag)
4 head kedd reds (1 frag)
All were experiencing some degree of pox on them as of 7/1/16
1) I pulled each out of the tank 1x per week and scraped off the pus/pox sacks with a surgical knife, sometimes slicing a little bit of the polyp and squeezing the gunk out.
2) I took water from the tank and rinsed each frag thoroughly after scraping (over the sink to dispose of any contaminated water.)
3) repeat every week. (or whenever you see a pox pocket forming)
As of last night-I have been pox free for 3 weeks
I lost half the rastas, half the fruit loops, and none of the kedd reds BUT what are left are beautiful
This probably wont work for everyone, Im only describing what worked for me.
