Finally gettting my frag tank Sunday!

Now for the more expensive part of this hobby...

Lighting......... specs are 36x24x8. I'm planning on growing everything from softies to SPS, I don't want to have to sell my kidney to buy lights so any advice ill take.

Ive heard 2 Ocean Revives isn't a bad deal.

I was thinking maybe a Kessil 360 W-E and maybe supplement with some T5's?

Since it covers 24'' maybe I can put Zos and softies on the edges?

A LFS near me uses Ocean Revive and their corals look great. I have a hard time justifying the huge price tags on these light fixtures for sale. I seem to get better growth from a cheap blackbox led on my coal quarantined tank than what's on my DT!

Well I want to be sure they actually are capable of growing LPS and SPS.

I’m looking at prices of T5 fixtures and they all find about. $250ish

Black boxes are 100% capable of growing LPS and SPS if you get a good brand
