My finger leather seedling is not doing well. Started to retract, lose a little color and have dark ends (photo).

About 5 days ago it started to open and the polyps appeared, however, yesterday and today it closed again and looked bad.

Just now I decided to move it, putting it in a place with more shade and less circulation but I don't know if it's the right one. Does anyone have a hint as to what might be going on and what I could do?

PH 8.3, DKH 7, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate zero.

I don't have a calcium, magnesium and phosphate test to pass on to you.

Note: Other corals are doing well, including some LPS like Trumpt, Frog, Hammer and Dunkan. Other leathers doing well, like Lettuce, Devils hand and Ora Farm.

Its not getting enough water flow hence the algae and mulm growing in it. They do best mid tank under moderate light and medium water flow. Take a turkey baster and blow the sediment off of it.
