Finished a blackout, what should I do?

So after seeing what I thought was dinos on my sandbed I did a blackout for 24ish hours where I also removed the filter media and put in a plain filter sock, prior I had dosed chemiclean but with no real success. I can provide pictures if needed but after taking off the cover and turning on the lights I can still see small brown specks on the sandbed.
anyone have any idea as to what I should do?

I’d do a good sized water change and siphon those brown spots out.

Do what Wen said. In my experience, blackouts aren't all that effective for dinos, it just makes them dissipate into the water column so you can't see them. You need to up your nitrate and phosphate so other bacteria will outcompete the dinos.
